This new beer is a lighter version of our Oude Questche Tilquin à l'ancienne. Same recipe as the Oude Questche Tilquin à l'ancienne with 250 gr fresh plums per liter, but lighter in alcohol, due to the use of a blend of 50% of Meerts and 50% of 1 and 2 years old lambics.

8 3 9 4 18Draft at Foeders, Carnivale Brettanomysis ‘18. Very hazy pink red with a ring off white head. Aroma of funk, tart dark fruits, tart plum and citric notes. Flavour is light to light moderate sweet and moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Keg at Bar Under the Bridge, Waterloo. Sour ar9ma with perfumed plum undertones. Pinky orange. White head just rings the rim. Sour. But pleasantly so. Thin but slick. Flat carbonation. Long juicy finish. Refreshing. Like a refined sour sweet. Good shit.
