Draught @ MBCC '17 [ Blue Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Copenhagen Celebration 2017, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark. [ As Great Leap Liu the Brave BA Baijiu ].Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, apple, wood, oak, coffee - green coffee. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, wood - oak, dark malt, apple, coffee - green coffee. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Draught at MBCC Blue Session. Filmy layer, clingy lacing, jet black body. Earthy malts and molasses on the nose. Solid taste profile of dark bread, wood, molasses and dried fruits. Roasted, dark malty finish, woody again. Fine bodied. Good drinking. (Copenhagen 12.05.2017).

Tap sample. Tasted on the 12/05/2017 at MBCC (Copenhagen). Dark colour with a medium tan head. Aroma of roasted malts, chocolate, sweet malts and light liquorice. Taste is roasty with a light sweet and dry finish. Next one please!
