Draught @ MBCC '17 [ Blue Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Copenhagen Celebration 2017, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark. [ As Great Leap Liu the Brave BA Baijiu ].Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, apple, wood, oak, coffee - green coffee. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, wood - oak, dark malt, apple, coffee - green coffee. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Tap@MBCC May 2017, Copenhagen - pours black with a tan head. Roasted and sweet malty with chocolate, coffee, caramel, dark fruit, wooden notes, dark bready malty, hoppy backing, roasted bitter finish.

Draught @ MBCC. Pours black with a light brown head, light lacings. Aroma of roasted malt, wood, coffee, light tartness, light glue. Flavor is roast malt, coffee, light chocolate, light tart wood, oak, light alcohol. Medium body, average carbonation, light sweet finish. 120517

Draught at MBCC Blue Session. Filmy layer, clingy lacing, jet black body. Earthy malts and molasses on the nose. Solid taste profile of dark bread, wood, molasses and dried fruits. Roasted, dark malty finish, woody again. Fine bodied. Good drinking. (Copenhagen 12.05.2017).

Tap sample. Tasted on the 12/05/2017 at MBCC (Copenhagen). Dark colour with a medium tan head. Aroma of roasted malts, chocolate, sweet malts and light liquorice. Taste is roasty with a light sweet and dry finish. Next one please!

[5/12/17] Draught at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2017. Blue session. Black, big tan head. Licorice, wood, roast, dark fruits, chocolate, quite sweet, a bit of bitterness.
