Pours amber with a thick white head. Aroma of guava and pineapple Taste has resinous notes, floral, tropical fruits. Palate is much of the same, some dankness. Eh.

Bomber from Whole Foods, Manhattan. Pours faintly cloudy dark yellow-orange with a small foamy off-white head that disappears immediately, sharp orange drop aroma, low carbonation, mildly bitter mandarin peel taste, thin body, long bitterish finish with orange drop aftertaste. The mandarin orange flavor is very dominating.

Brown paper bag material. Should have known based on the size of the can. Clear copper pour with ok head. Lots of grapefruit, tangerine. Not much of a beer though really. Sourish kind of cloying finish. Can.

Clear pale beer. Big nose weird from a can pop that smells like volatile sweet-hopped fruit juice, of course. Its permeating the whole room. Even my wife, who is in the other room, asked me what that smell is! First taste is repulsive fruity bitter hops bullshit. Take that with a grain of salt, since I'm a lager lover. It actually comes across quite excruciating sweet and cloying, totally annoying. Yes, some kind of nasty candy feel on this. Whew. I want to say it's on style for a double imperial IPA because its mouth coating. But, that sweet negative nellie nuisance is so in your face, its one-sided weird ass sweetness cannot be ignored. I'm not sure where we are going with this 'juicy' IPA BS, but it certainly does not come across as a desirable characteristic. I can handle any IPA or double or double imperial, even tho I despise them, but this stuff is totally of the chart in the deep end, YUK.

Slightly hazy yellow with a large foamy white head. Citrus, chalk, Smarties candies. Long finish. Medium body.
