16oz can. Fizzy yellow stuff. White head. Nose has grass, cheap malt, crackers. Flavor is pale malt, grasses, straw. Spritzy finish. Thankfully dry.

Draft at the brewery, 6/10/23. Pours a slightly cloudy yellowish color with a nice white head. Grainy, bready, herbal, and grass. Nice beer.

Not bad, with a nice crisp pils front with notes of white bread, honey, lemon, and wildflowers, followed by a mild floral bitterness and some baked grain in the finish. Won’t wean me off of Bibo, but nice.

Can (2/1/22) pour from Andover Classic Wines. It's a hazy pale yellow with nice sparkle, finger-width white foamy head with poor retention and light lacing. Aroma is pilsner malt and mix of sweet/tart fruit. Taste is strong pilsner malt, biscuit. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation and finish as taste with lingering dry bitterness. Overall, didn't realize this was a year old! Still some hop presence but strong pilsner malt as you'd expect.

16 oz can. in a trade with tfontana. Aroma of honey, bread, & biscuit. This beer is very crisp clean & dry. The flavor is biscuit, honey, a hint of dough along with a exquisite hop bitterness. Extremely well-made.
