2021 draught, 3/16/26, City Tap.
Oh yeah...that's gonna work out well...rich, rich malts full of toffee and caramel, are balanced by an equally rich, round, not too oaky bourbon. Tons of cherry-vanilla character. No alcohol, of course.
Pineapple and wood tannin leading into cherry, vanilla, big toffee and round, moderately spicy bourbon with a strong, woody, but not too tannic/acidic oakiness. So rich and yet drying out nicely on the end. No oxidation or really any negative sign of age. Like drinking a glass of juice.

500 ml. Bottle #1420/1500. Aroma and flavor are awesome. Flavor is amazing depth of toffee, caramel, raisins, and oak. Absolutely no alcohol flavor with a soft, mellow warmth after the sip. The 11 months and 26 days is the sweet spot!! Pretty amazing!

Bottle shared with TJ and Chris. It's a clear light brown (root beer) with nice viscosity, fleeting cap of beige head with no lacing. Aroma is strong mix of bourbon, toffee, caramel, dark fruit, fig. Taste mirrors aroma with addition of brown sugar. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, mild esophageal heat, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, nice addition to the base.

4/27/21 1420/1800 aroma is insane with notes of barrel, oak, brown sugar, toffee, fruit, raisin. Taste is so smooth, balanced, really well done. They took care to bottle this at the peak. Well done.
