Can (2020) pour shared by AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! It's an opaque black with no sparkle, thin ring of beige head and trace lacing. Aroma is strong red wine over roasted malt and mild chocolate. Taste is strong red wine, roasted malt, much milder chocolate, oak. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, decent balance among flavor and aroma. Very nice.

12 oz. Can from the brewery. 2020. Aroma is red wine with soft roasted malt. Flavor shows bold red grape, mild roast, some jam. Mild oak finish. Fortified wine finish. No harshness for 13%. Nice stuff.

Draft. A- Boozy, chocolate. A- Black color, black liquid, brown head. T- Fudge, boozy. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, balance finish. O- Maybe my palate was just shot at this point but it came across pretty one dimensional with a generic boozy flavor and rich chocolate. I expected more oak and jammy notes from the port but didn't get a whole lot of that. A very well done beer but not near as complex as I felt it needed to it.
