Cask On cask, 3/23/25.
Bit of haze, darkish amber. Beige bubbles.
Bourbon with vanilla and big fruits. Clean and balanced with rich, lightly toasted/smoked malts. Cherry and apple, juicy and rich. No booze, no excessive sugar or tannin.
Malty, fruity, clean, lightly toasty and good bourbon character with no heavy tannin or alcohol. Rich, balanced, flavorful, almost juicy. Very easygoing and drinkable.

Cask pour at Cask.on. Hazy honey brown with nice head, good retention and trace lacing. Aroma is strong balanced bourbon, brown sugar, earthy mushroom. Taste is strong bourbon, caramel and earthy mushroom. Smooth thick texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Good complexity.

500 ml bottle. Aroma is weak bourbon underneath maple sugar and mild smoke. The flavor shows the maple, smoke, and whiskey hint in the finish. Alcohol is hidden but for me the flavor isn’t as good as the rum barrel version. Enjoyed the rum with this base beer much more.
