Bottle/Fest. A- Tart, funk, mild lemon. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Tart, lemon, mild malt. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, tart finish. O- Having a tough time telling all these Noble Star variants apart. They really all taste very similar with little distinct difference. Okay.

Bottled 2016, also fast 3 Jahre. Optisch medium gold, in der Nase Sekt, Trauben. Wenig Perlung. Im Trunk frisch, Äpfel, fast Cider, nahezu süffig, so gut wie garnicht tartig. Die Lagerung hat die Weiße anscheinend gut verblendet. Astreiner Sommertrunk.

750ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average, frothy, diminishing, white head. Fruity and slightly lactic aroma, notes of apricot, mirabelle, hints of white grapes, sweet-ish, yeasty-doughy malty background. Taste is mildly tart, slightly dry, woody, fruity, lactic, hints of apricot, mirabelle, white grapes, a touch of white wine; very fine carbonation. Very mild, superbly balanced - exquisite.

4 oz. sample at El Bait Shop, De Moines, Iowa. Sour wheat base that shows lemons, yogurt, mild herbal hints and old grass clippings. I have never had a brew aged in Cypress tanks. Got to say.. it gives it a unique character against the sour wheat base. I like it because it was so different and it did taste nice. Would love to sample this again, simply because it is so different.

Sampled from the tap at the 2017 Minnesota Winterfest. Pours a hazy gold with a white head that disispates to the edges. Aroma has notes of tart earthy fruit with some grass, flora and wheat backing. Flavor has sour light fruits with grass, flora and sweet wheat backing.

All Pints North 2016. I can’t believe I am the first person to have this. Kind of a strange beer. I get a strange flavor of cocktail sauce like you might have with low quality seafood. This is not a strong flavor but certainly something I have not tasted before. Lightly sour and dry, less complex than some others in the series. One of my least favorite beers from Schell’s.
