Can. Nose is vanilla, nutty, dark fruit rinds, oak, caramel. Taste comprises sticky toffee pudding, dates, and a medium whiskey slap in the finish. Good amount of lingering oak. The medium body and a fine carbonation level. Texture is drying with light booze that isn’t too distracting. For a younger barley wine, not to shabby.

Can. A- Whiskey, butterscotch, subtle dark fruit, caramel apples. A- Brown color, hazy liquid, off white head. T- Whiskey, booze, butterscotch, subtle bitterness, caramel, apples, mild cinnamon. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly boozy finish. O- This must be a great homebrew club because this beer is on point. Would love to know what the 25 ingredients were. Had fresh at less than two months old. Tons of whisky booziness and butterscotch. Some caramel baked apples really come through as it warms. Really want another can to age and see how it holds up. Drinks nice and smooth. Yum.

From my brother: pours a murky amber with an off white head. Aroma is a rich caramel, pine, plenty of hops. Taste is rather sweet with a hoppy undertone. A hefty one for sure but nice enough.

Can from the source. Dirty brown color with a small off white head that dissipates quickly. Caramel and toffee with a bit of apple and fruit on the nose rounded out with some alcohol vanilla tannin and bourbon notes, Flavor follows the aroma quite well. Its a sipper for sure, I’m curious how this will age.
