Bottled, from Legoland, Billund. Hazy amber, mid sized head. Vegetable nose with some elderflowers and citrus. Mid sweet with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Fruity with some cabbage covered in perfumy citrus. Low bitterness. Lifeless.

Bottle from Superbrugsen, Vangede. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty and yeasty. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. Was this supposed to be hoppy? 030318

Bottle 440ml. @ home on the terrace. [ As Carlsberg Brewmasters Hoppy Alpen Weisse ].Hazy medium orange colour with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate hoppy, flowers, perfume, fruity hops, moderate yeasty, clove. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, yeast, wheat, sharp, clove, light caramel - sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Sample from 44 cl bottle. Hazy, golden amber colour with a thin, white head. Sweet aroma with grasses, wheat malts, fruits and a lightly spiced note. Taste is light sweet. Medium bodied. Finishes drying and fruity-spiced. Ok.

Bottle@Jespers - Yellow light orange pour with white head. Sweet fruit and wheaty aroma and taste with some notes of lemon, some lemon and grassy hoppy accents, light to medium body, cereal, hoppy finish.

Fra fat (planke på Jerry’s Restaurant & Bryghus, Frederikshavn, sammen med Einar: uklar korngul med flott skum som varer. Mild hefeweizen-aroma og søtlig smak med aprikosmarmelade, tyggis og banan. Mindre sødme og mer humle hadde gjort seg.
