Keg at the brewery. Batch 1. Hazy orange, large creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of wheat, lychee, orange, lacto, mango. Taste is juicy orange and lemon, lychee, lacto, wheat. Medium bodied, high but delicate carbonation, refreshing, well balanced. Nice. 100th Berliner Weisse!

Tap at Novare Res, Portland. It pours hazy golden with a decent white head. The nose is fresh, tart lime, lemon parfait, sweet lychee, pickles and sherbet. The taste is damn tart, good mouth - pucker, lemon sherbet, lime, mild acidity, pickles and lychee with a dry finish. Light - medium body and fine carbonation. Nice one.

Draft at Novare Res. Hazy orange color without any head. Aroma is Lychee, wheat lactic acid. The flavor has a lasting, substantial pucker that hints the taste buds. The wheat base tries to balance the pucker but the pucker wins. Nicely crafted.

Growler from the source. Lightly hazy deep yellow with a decent sized moderately retaining tightly bubbled white head. Tart citrus, hints of orange and earthy funk on the nose. Citric acid with some sweet fruits on the palette then a lingering tart lactic mixed with tangerines bite you in the finish. Medium body, tart lightly puckering mouthfeel, spirited carbonation. Nice little tart refreshing brew.
