Tap@MBCC May 2017, Copenhagen - pours dark red with a pink head. Sour fruity, medium acidic, bold prominent berry notes, grapes, funky,light floral accents, medium body, wooden accents, tart on the palate, tart berry finish.

Keg at Cloudwater Family & Friends 2020, Manchester Central, day two session one 21/02/20. Clear reddish pour with a crimson cap. Nose is red grape must, dry rot, funk, venous. Taste comprises big red berry funk, damp oak, acidic bite berry must, funk. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close with an acidic whisper. Well balanced sour.

Flaska från Seattle. Osäker på årgång, men troligtvis 2019/2020. Tjusigt klarröd med vit krona. Funk, tanniner, brett, blåbär/björnbär, mörka druvor, stall, fat. Mängder av druvstjälkar. Klar och ren syra. Oerhört torr och stram avslutning. Mycket gott.

750ml bottle pours out pinkish color topped with a small pink head. Nose is nice grapes tartness some oak barrel and a little funk. Taste is more of the nice grapes oak some funk and a nice complex end.

Bottle. Pours purple with small pinkish white head. The aroma is strong grape skin, oak, funk, earth. Medium body, funky, oak, grape, vinous, lingering dry finish, very nice. .

Ruby with pink bubblies. Massive fruity, berries, grapes, red wine, tannins. Aged red and dark fruits. Tasty, dry feel, firm body, proper fizz.

Bottle shared at kermis' birthday tasting. Slight hazy deep ruby with pink head. Massive grapes, oak, dry tannins, black currants. Thick fruit and berries, but also very vinous. Some decent funk too. Almost medium sweet, sour and bitter. Over medium bodied.

Bottle at home. Clear read with no head. Woody and, vinous and slightly tannic with loads of grape presence. Some currant leaves, black currant and cherries. Very mild tartness. Nicely balanced, with fine bubbles.
