A hazed copper brown ale with a thin creamy lacing moka head. In aroma, a superb fragrant coriander and curacao, gin alcohol, juniper berries. In mouth, a smooth oily malt with nice coriander, ginger, quite nice. On tap at brewpub, April 17 2011.

On tap at the brewpub. Poured a hazy amber orange with a light brown head that dissipated to the edges. Aroma had a nice combination of citrus and a bit of orange rind with a backing sweet grains note. Flavor began with orange rind with a hint of citrus and backing sweet grains and caramel.

On tap @ Sunset Grill and Tap. Golden yellow in color nice amount of carbonation that produced small ring of head. Aroma is of grapes (reminds me of grape bubblegum with a sugary aroma). My friend said a grape Kool Aid packet. The grape sugar is up front in the taste. But it fades into the floral saffron spice for a finish. Reminds me of Dogfish Head Midas Touch. Very nice, smooth flowing beer that can easily be drank. If you find this on tap, get it!

Pours a cloudy mahogany into a snifter. Off-white head creates sheet lacing as it recedes to skim surface. Dark pit fruit aromas. Soft with full sweet honey, apricots and fig upfront turning to a dry, lasting dusty finish.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, caramelish and towards roasted. Yeasty, fruity, slight spiced and mild orange fruity flavoured. Lingering caramelish dark malty. Mild citric touch, yet smooth and well rounded. Rather strong for a Belgian Dubbel.
