750 ML bottle. Bottled 5/12/ 2009. Aroma is big orange peel, smells like a sliced orange. Coriander and orange are the main flavors.Decent carbonation and noticeable lacing around the glass. Light bodied, nice mouth feel. I think it is a well put together beer for the style. I hate to use the word "Average" however that’s really what it is. Sampled with liveFREEorRye.

750 ml. bottle. Aroma of wheat, light lemon citrus, coriander, and banana? Hazy lemon gold color with a white head that was substantial, and left light lacing. Thinnish body, and a moderate, very creamy, carbonation. The flavor is mild, non-acidic citrus, with wheat, light stone fruit, and overall quite a light anise tone. The finish is that very light anise, stone fruit and banana. It really is quite mild, refreshing, and unlike anything else I’ve ever tried. Unique. It is standard fare, but such fare as is rarely encountered. One heck of a nice ale.

75 cL bottle. Pours pale yellow with huge creamy white head. Aroma is fruity, yeasty and coriander. Heavily carbonated. Taste is wheat, yeast and most of all coriander. Has a distinct citric note that gives the beer an overall freshness together with the coriander aroma and carbonation. Average to good, but not the best wit beer.

Bottle. Pale yellow beer with a white head. Low wheat, citrus, spice aroma. Orange citrus flavor with wheat, spice, and yeast. LIngering citrus. Wheat a bit much (but I don’t like a big wheat bite - then again, it IS a wheat beer...).

I’m going to go against the grain on this beer. I thought it was very good and comparable to St. Bernardus. Aroma has coriander and other spices, citrus, and sweet wheat. Flavor is sour; more coriander, grapefruit, and some sugar. Considerable spice in this beer; more than many wit beers. Cloudy gold appearance with a thick white head. Medium palate. Tasted at Cellars; Roseville, MN.

A light yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with lots of lemon - too much for me. The flavor is sweet citrusy - very one-dimensional, and it is way too carbonated, the mouthfeel is like drinking a sodapop.

(Bottle 75 cl) Pours a hazy, pale golden with a small, white head - a very classical witbier appearance. Typical aroma of coriander and citrus. Rather high carbonation. Light body with notes of wheat and citrus and a somewhat perfumy edge. A fresh and quenching Wit. 210506
