Draught @ Warpigs Brewpub, Flæsketorvet 25, Copenhagen, Denmark 1711. [ As Tired Hands Almost Exactly ].Unclear - hazy medium orange yellow colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt moderate hoppy, citrus, citric, tart fruit, light yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and moderate bitter with a long duration, tart, hoppy, citric, sour, yeast - floral. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow with medium white head that lasts. The aroma/flavor is yeast, tropical fruit, earth. Medium body, a bit dry but nice tartness, very nice.

Tap@Warpigs Tired Hands TTO, Copenhagen - pours yellow with a white head. Citrus fruity aroma and taste, light malt, yeast, grape, light acidic, citric spice, floral hoppy into tart fruity close.

(On tap @ Warpigs, Copenhagen, May 11/17) Pours pale gold with a white head. High tart citrus notes, lemon-lime especially, with a slightly spicy yeast character, light funk, touches of sweeter fruit. some hay, a bit of malt character, light bittering hops in the finish. Light tartness, light sweetness leading to a fairly dry finish. Average body and soft carbonation. Pretty good stuff as far as hopped saisons go, probably a bit overpowered by a wealth of IPAs.

[5/11/17] Draught at Warpigs in Copenhagen. Cloudy shiny yellow. Great aroma, earth, fruity hops, flowers, juicy, lemony, sour, bitterish finish, medium-bodied. Very good.
