Farmhouse ale brewed with truffle honey, coriander, & black peppercorns
Ingredients: Hill Country Well Water, Malted Barley, Dark Candi Syrup, Truffle Honey, Hops, Coriander, Black Peppercorns, Mixed Culture of Brewers Yeast and Native Yeast and Bacteria
Notes: Fantôme Del Rey was first brewed together with legendary Belgian brewer Dany Prignon inside the fabled walls of Brasserie Fantôme in Soy, Belgium in 2014 from a recipe that Dany and Jester King Head Brewer Garrett Crowell had developed together. Now it has taken root at Jester King, transforming the recipe through extended fermentation and partial barrel aging with our own unique mixed culture of brewer's yeast, native yeast, and souring bacteria. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, and 100% bottle-conditioned.

Bottle @Himmeriget. Hazy amber, offwhite froth. Slightly funky aroma, malt and green grapes. Sweetish flavour, bitter grapes, some acidity with alc warmth and bitterness. Nit entirely convincing.

Bottle shared by Jack, thanks! Pours a cloudy yellowish amber with an off white head that dissipates slowly to the edges slowly. Aroma has a good amount of peppercorn and light fruits with a bit of grains underlying. Flavor has earthy grains and peppercorn with flora and light tart fruits supporting.
