Bottle. Nice Amber-copper color. Nice two finger head. Aroma and taste was a nice spicy Belgian ale. Pretty good

33 cl bottle served in a red wine glass. It pours cloudy lemon yellow with a short-lived, sticky, off-white, head. Aroma is biscuits, dry lemon and dandelion. Dry, zesty, slightly watery and quite bitterish. Not long-lasting, I'd say.

2 month old bottle pours A: Hazy bright yellow gold with a short lasting head that held a ring and center puff and left thick lace. S: Sweet smell of spruce and honeysuckle with some pine and peach or orange. T: Bitter, sweet and fruity at once. Flavors of citrus pith, peach, melon and some grapefruit or other fruit juice. Pith and caramel linger. M: Light medium weight and creamy texture, finishing sticky. O: Not bad but I'd prefer the juice note be more subtle.

Bottle, listed as spring ale. Pale off yellow color. Mild sharp off hop aroma. Taste is smooth and hoppy, unlike any belgy I've had before. Perhaps a little bit of butter in there. Sharper hop flavor for a belgian. A little rude in the middle. Not sure what to think about this. No way is this the same style as Orval.

Not sure what the hell this beer’s supposed to be, but whatever it is, it’s not great. Never really reaches any strong Belgian notes, instead coming across as woodsy, mildly vegetal golden cream ale. Very flat, grainy malts with a burnt undertone, and the hops add a medicinal bitterness that does nothing for the sweetness. Finishes burnt and bitter. Odd.

Bottle. Clear dark yellow with a thick, white head. Light peppery, spicy aroma. Weird bitter dry hop flavor. Not a fan of this one.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is a mix of clove and vanilla. Flavor is more of a hop presence with some pils like dry malt and a bit of fruity esters from the yeast. This beer was kind of all over the place. It kind of wanted to be a wit but then kind of branched off into a Belgian pale ale. Definitely a beer I would have again as it is flavorful on multiple levels.
