Bottle from Beer Gonzo Webshop, Earlsdon, Coventry consumed at Peakender, Bakewell, Derbyshire, Sunday 19th August 2018 in the company of Emma Pours hazy warm gold with a white head. Plenty of crisp grapefruit, dry finish, this is good, and very much in the vein of a traditional IPA. Love this. A8 A4 T8 P4 Ov17 4.1

Bottle, 8%. Hazy golden with medium off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops, caramel, pine, citrus and grapefruit. Flavour is malt, caramel, medium sweet, hops, pine, grapefruit, peach, earthy and medium bitter.

100th imperial IPA rating! Pours a coppery amber from a bottle. Nice crisp citrus and pine aroma fails to convey how really citrusy and piney it smells. Nicely bitter over a malty substrate. Pretty good beer.

Tip Tap Room, Boston tap: pours clear copper with a white head. Aroma is pine, citrus and booze. Taste is bitter and dry. Sort of citrusy. Plenty of pine. Not my favorite.

Bottle from Sparrow. Press a mostly clear orange with a small white head and light, spotty lace. Citrus / grapefruit rind, earth, pine, and,a little berry, and some light pepper notes. Drinks hoppy and fairly dry. Smooth, clean, and with a dry close. Pretty tasty.

Tap. Pours clear golden, large off white head, good lacing. Aroma is fruity, tropical, pine, Grapefruit. Flavor is light plus sweet, light bitter. Medium body. Soft mouthfeel.
