Bottle from Kvickly. Almost black with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, coffee and buttery. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. Would have been a good beer if not for the butter. 030716

Bottle, 9% as Raasted Imperial Oatmeal Coffee Stout. Buttery aroma, ashes, berries. Black colour. OK frothy light brown head. The flavour starts off buttery. It is OK sweet with a good roasted note. A bit of salty liquorice. More butter... turns me off. Good creamy mouthfeel.

Bottle. Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy light tan head. Clear aroma of roast, coffee and chocolate malt, with faint notes of yeast. Bitter, roasty flavour with sweet notes of lactose and chocolate and hints of hops and yeast. Warming alcohol presence. Boozy and sweetish aftertaste with roasty notes. Not bad but rather tame for an Imp Stout.
