440 ml can, as Monkey Brew Castor NEIPA, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.0%. Moderately hazy yellow colour, small white head. Pleasant aroma of papaya, guava and mango. Medium sweet flavour with notes of said fruits, also some citrus, a hint of pine needles, low bitterness.

Fra fat på lokalen: uklar gyldengul med ok skum. Citrusfriskt anslag med eukalyptus og gressløk i bakgrunnen. God maltsmak og fin bitterhet i avslutningen. Og som alltid hos Monkey Brew, en pregnant mersmak.

170ml draught at Ølhallen. Cloudy golden body, upper part lacing on the glass from a declining white head. Inviting on the nose with citrus and dried fruits. Mixed taste of grapefruit and juicy malts. Fair fruity bitterness to the ending. Pleasing. (Tromsø, 22.08.2024).
