Очень много бочки, дуб прям обжаренный, кокос, много шоколада, длинный кофейный финиш, намеки на сироп.

Alright. Just soloing this at home. It’s a small bottle and I deserve a treat. At least that’s what I’ve been telling myself. Anyway. Best wax removal pull to open. Damn SP do that so well. It’s a great start before a lovely thick pour. It actually comes across a lot like Huna at first. That cinnamon stouty goodness. No idea if there’s actually cinnamon in this one or if I’m just going mad but it’s there to me. Certainly thick, chewy, oily texture. Big dark chocolate and of course bourbon barrel. Fruitiness and booziness of the rum barrel showing up and in some ways overpowering the bourbon. It’s damn good, but not the most balanced. Vanilla, oak, coconut notes. But yeah, damn good. Now leave me alone so I can enjoy this in front of whatever YouTube throws as me…

375mL bottle at Brewing, 1/17/25.
Dark, violet tints. Clear. Syrupy. Little/no head.
Bit of green pepper, lots of roast. Hmmm, this is different. Vanilla and fudge with lingering bright spice. No sugar or booze.
Rich, fudgey, chocolatey, more roast than usual though not too much. Long spice and chewy fudge but not sweet. No booze. Ash, oxidation, dark chocolate and cacao. Not super cohesive yet but getting there.

Bottle pour at Omnipollo's Kyrka. Almost black with no head. Intensive coffee on nose, chocolate, bourbon, oily and smooth. Medium sweetness. Nicely integrated bourbon. Nice one.

Rated at Pien Shop. Intense stingy barrel notes, some bourbon, hints of rum, some vanilla, coconut, coffee, warming alcohol, oak, toffee, hints of syrup and chocolate sauce. Quite intense slow sipper.

Quite subtle, lots of barrel, vanilla and coconut, some reb berries. Smooth but maybe even too smooth. Very nice but a letdown.
