Bottle at Mikkeller & Friends at Torvehallerne. Medium body, high carbonation. Assertive clove and citrusy orangey fruitiness. Rather light banana, present though. Med-light sweetness, light sourness. Quite tasty, true to style. Very good.

330 ml bottle, as Ebeltoft Weissbier, shared by my son. ABV is 5.3%. Hazy golden colour, moderate to small white head. Aroma of wheat, banana and cloves. The flavour has just the right moderate sweetness, and is wheaty, fresh and refreshing. Moderate notes of citrus, banana and cloves.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy straw with stable white head. Clear aroma of grain and banana, with touches of yeast and mild hoppy hints. Sourish, grainy flavour with sweetish notes of malt and banana and touches of yeast and hops. Medium carbonation. Grainy aftertaste with estery notes and malt touches. Reasonable but rather anonymous for the style.

Bottle, 5.3% as Ebeltoft Weissbier. Weak yeasty aroma. Hazy golden colour with an unstable white head. The flavour starts off with a little yeast. Then comes fresh white bread. A little clove and a faint banana note. Finishes drier than the middle.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen (24/11/2018) - golden yellow pour with a white head. Sweet wheaty and fruity with some banana accents, some spice, medium body, spiced wheaty finish.
