On keg @ the Hanging Bat. Appearance - golden with a proportionate head. Loads of bubbles. Nose - apples and citrus. Taste - grapefruit and overripe apples. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a decent finish. A bit hard to drink because it is very carbonated. Overall - a bit over-carbonated but decent enough.

Keg at The Hanging Bat - bit of a guess as it was just down as "Pale" and only said Batch 4 on the keg. Pours hazy golden thin white head. Light lemon bubblegum aromas, faint tropical notes and sherbet. Thin finish, gassy.

Keg at the brewery, 26/07/14. Hazed orange amber with little in the way of a head. Nose is citric peel, orange, earthy hop, spice, light bread notes. Taste comprises a big sorachi bite, melon, orange marmalade, faint pine, earthy hop, light dirt, tangerine. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a ight coating of hop bitterness. Ok sorachi offering.

On tap at Anspach & Hobday brewery, Bermondsey, London. A hazy straw coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, citrus aroma. Tastes hoppy, lemon/citrus fruit, slightly sweet, some butterscotch. This was fresh as a daisy. Really enjoyed the sorachi in this one.

Draft at the brewery taproom. Pours cloudy orange-gold with a slight, creamy white head. Pleasant, ean citrus notes in the aroma, some tangerine, orange rind. Light-medium sweet flavor with a nice, refreshing mineral edge, some straw, dry pale bread, subtle lemon, tangerine, hints of pine resin. Light bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Nicely balaned on the finish with mild rindy bitterness, faint grass, hop oils, moderate pale malt sugars. Very decent.

On tap at the brewery. Pina colada in a glass. Cloudy dark gold colour lasting white head. I live sorachi ace and this is a great example. Some bitterness om the finish and that odd mepted butter finish. Good though
