Cask at the Duke of St Albans, Highgate on 4th August 2025. Clear coppery amber with shallow foam and full lacing. Zesty fruits and maltiness in aroma. Sweet and tangy dessert fruits in-mouth, with zesty citrus and nutty malts returning for a satisfying finish. A good body to strength ratio, and a smooth yet engaging mouthfeel. Nicely crafted.
