Dok Brewing is one of the most exciting up-and-coming breweries in Europe, with a must-visit brewery and tap room in Ghent, Belgium. We both love to work on an eclectic mix of styles, but here we're going super hazy, super light colour, super soft body and an absolute saturation of hops. Santé!

Can from Dok. Hazy yellow, small, foamy, white head. Aroma of fresh peach & mandarin, passion fruit, papaya, dough, cheese, fresh shallot. Taste has sweetish peach, mandarin & pineapple with a sourish passion fruit streak supported by a doughy & sherbetty malt body; some herbal shallot too. Floral & herbal hoppy finish, bitter citrus pith in balance with juicy stone fruit. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. A perfect combo of breweries, lovely!

Cloudy golden beer, thin white head. Aroma is bready, malty big with a good whack of sweet tropical fruit as well. Flavour has mango, pineapple, a little citrus, grassy hops, a bit of the malt again. Nicely balanced, good body and very tasty with a nice lingering tangy tropical fruit flavour.
