Medium sweetness and a light sour edge. Medium body, smooth texture. Quite fizzy. Bourbon sour finish. Tasty, just lacked some body.

Bottle at level 42, thanks to Danny. It pours cloudy darkest brown with a small beige head. The aroma is soft, sweet, sticky, rocky road, toasted brown sugar, ripe banana, tangy fruits and roasted malt. The taste is slick, sticky sweet, toasted sugars, boozy, charred wood, earth, leather, dried fruits, old banana, tannins and bourbon with a slick, woody finish. Full body, fine carbonation and chewy mouth feel. A bit sweet and a touch harsh. Okay, but I had hoped for better balance.

Bottle at home, 16th December 16. After taking an hour and a half to get through the wax seal, pours black, not as viscous as some. Aroma is bourbon, some liquorice. Taste is bourbon, barrel, vanilla, liquorice, chocolate. Thin palate for the ABV. Pretty good
