Super hazy golden coloured body with a large frothy white head about three centimetres tall that leaves a pretty ugly lace when its gone. Aroma of grass, hay, funk, yeast, lemons and grain with a little bit of citrus as well. Light-bodied; Sharp funky flavour of yeast, brett, funk, earth and super dry, biscuity flavours with a dash of lemons and citrus along with a touch of more hay and grass near the end. Aftertaste shows some funk and brett with a little dash of hay and grass and ending with some very light sweetness from some citrus fruits and shows a touch of earthier malts near the finish. Overall, a very dry and funky beer with a lot of complexities from all the yeast and also shows some citrus and refined hoppy flavours near the very end. Nice to sample and shows a ton of flavours for such a low alcohol beer, worth trying to find if you like the style and especially IPAs with Brett. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Knightly Spirits in Orlando (Orange Blossom Trail), Florida on 28-December-2017 for US$2,99 sampled in my hotel room here at the [Disney] Carribean Beach Resort on 03-January-2018.

Caña en el Lupulo 26..01..2017 (r62). Color amarillento anaranjado turbio con espuma blanca que desaparece al poco. Aromas y sabores Ácidos bretas que lo dominan todo con toques afrutados maltosos tropicales. Cuerpo ligero a medio seco ácido y ligeros herbaceos y cítricos Bastante sabor y algo Espumosa. Amargo seco final entre herbaceo fresco. Ligeramente resinosos y ácido. Bastante buena. Original. Toda una ipa con brettas.

Lightly hazy golden-yellow, large foaming head. Nose is hops first, funk second. Tropical fruit, some citrus and flowers. Sour dough and blue cheese. Soft palate, semi-sweet up front with a kiss of tartness and goat cheese flavors, a little resinous hop at the edges, and a pretty strong bitterness at finish. Semi-dry at end. Was hoping for a little more bretty funk, but its still a nice effort, and a great hop profile.

Can from Val-U Liquors. Pours a clear gold with a 2 fingers of foam that lingers. Big brett nose with lemon, pine and melon rind. Dry on the palate with dried pineapple, wood and lemon zest. Bone dry lemon zest finish. Just a little less woodiness and this would be stellar.

11.05.2017, tap @ Baghaven:
Nice slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry funky grassy, weeds, leafs, grass, old hay, funky brett, minerals, moss, bark, citrus peel, paper, light malts, hints of soda powder. Taste is dry and harsh mineraly, weeds, brett, bark, paper, leafs, soap, harsh citrus peel, hops, grass, soda powder medicine. Medium to longlasting bitterness, dry harsh and slightly medical mouthfeel. Not really my cup of tea.
