Touch of haze, thin head, light gold. Touch of brett on the nose, light pale malt, berryish hop, has a touch of dry biscuity malt. Decent.

Draft - Funky light stone fruit and Brett notes. Clear gold with a decent white head. Light tartness, quick hit of bitterness and some fruity notes. Like soured tropical fruit with some funky bitterness.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver; 6.5% ABV
Clean golden color. Dry ale, weaker than expected; no notable hop aroma, maybe hop resins in the final, no interesting malt character, and the Brett provides mainly a strong final astringency; there is some vegetable bitterness too.
Not a bad beer, but largely below expectations.

On tap at Mikkeller San Diego, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out a good mix of piney hops and brett. Flavour is similar, with notes of piney hops, brett and biscuity malt. Fairly aggressive astringency that must be the result of the brett and hops. Solid stuff.

Tap. Mikkeller, Viktoriagade. Very hazy, pale gold. Thick, frothy, white head. Nose has fruity brett. Lots of lemon juice and peel. Some chalky minerality. Soft, herbal notes. Taste is lemon pith bitter. Dry and mineraly. Foamy but clean mouthfeel. Dry and lightly bitter finish.
