Gravicask at Camra’s National Winter Ales Festival. Shared with Finn. Hazy dark brown. Naked surface. Sparse lacing. Aroma is a mixture of earthy malts and ripe fruits. Malt-accented flavours with a backbone of ripe fruits. Decent mild (Derby 17.02.2016).

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2015 - London. Pours clear red-brown with a foamy topping. Moderate leathery berry nose, some toasted malts. Light sweet flavor with slight leafy hops, earth, more leathery fruits, faint dry toffee. Light bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. OK balance on the finish with continuing leathery berries. Good mild.

Chelmsford Beer Festival. Cask. Almost opaque dark brown beer, untidy pale tan head. Palate is light and semi dry, modest fine carbonation. Dry but mellow dark malts. A light cocoa/chocolate powder vibe, Dark malt tang and a trace of smoke. Dry finish. Well flavoured but thin and dry.
