(On tap @ Birreria Volo, Apr 20/18, though listed with Pinot Noir grapes) Pours a lightly hazy dark pink with a whitish head. Notes of rose wine (grapes and pale tart red berries), light acidity, fairly soft oak/vanilla, lactic edges, mineral, maybe a little light Brett character drifting around, watery and a little under-concentrated. Lightish body, soft to medium carbonation. For me, this was heading in the right direction but was a bit soft on all fronts, leaving it pleasant but not more.

A mildly hazy ruby, with just a ring of thick white foam. Red wine on the nose, lots of fruit. Taste sharp red wine, with grapes and cranberry, and cherries. Fairly dry, and sharp. Very nice.

A hazed pinkish burgundy ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with ground cherries, maraschino cherries, light vanilla, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light acidity, light Brett, light lactic notes, ground cherries, very nice. Bottle at Lupulus.
