A golden ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, light caramel malt with light grassy floral hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, OK. On tap at Festibière de Gatineau hiver 2018.

Bottle from Harvest Market. I went to open this yesterday but there were a ton of floaties in the bottle so I let it sit overnight to try to get them to the bottom. Hazy deep golden color without much of a head. Big citrus and resinous pine with a solid bready sweet malty backbone. Lingering lightly harsh bitterness. Better than I expected.

12oz squat heritage bottle with lots of sediment at the bottom-retaining thin white head with trailing lace-gold with lots of floaties that stay floating as long as it took me to knock this back. A-citrus/pine/light dank. Taste follows, 2nd lt malt. 748415-3.8

From my brother: pours light copper with a white head. Aroma is citrus, pine and malt. Standard, simple IPA. More on the malty side. Solid IPA.

On tap at Bobcat Café and Brewery.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a glossy/transparent burnt orange/yellow color with a one finger/slim white foaminess maintaining just right above the body. After dissipation, decent lacing.
The smell started off with sweet to bitter resin to citrus to even a slight dried grassy sweetness. All combines, smells really nice.
The taste was basically the same with an overall fully combined bittersweet fullness of the hops to the malts just blending just the right way. Light sweet to dry aftertaste. Drawn about semi-dry finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a great sessionability about it. Carbonation rides underneath just enough to allow appropriate (AIPA) wonderful bitterness to hit my tongue.
Overall, damn nice AIPA, and of course I’d have this one again, holy moses!

Tap. Pours quite hazy golden, small creamy off white head, dissipates slowly, nice lacing. Aroma is quite pleasant, citrus, grapefruit, pine, a touch of passionfruit. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter, fruity, pine, balanced. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel. Solid.
