Pours a hazy golden colour with a tad of an orange hue. Fizzy bubbly head that disappears quickly leaving nothing. Oh, this is quite different ! A little sourness, fruitiness... and then, some kind of curry powder notes. Now that I think of it, reminds of celery seeds. Hints of mint even. The taste has this (less the mint), but the apricot show more. At least some kind of fruitiness. And the sourness. Some salt shows by the end. It's nice, don't get me wrong... but weird. Not for most.

A hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice tart fruity malt with light lemon notes, light apricot, light Epsom salts, pleasant. In mouth, a super tart sour ale with a loads of lemon, apricot, very tart and complex. On tap at brewery.
