Shared 500 ml can at local tasting. ABV is 5.2%. Pale golden colour, white head. Sweetish floral aroma. Fairly bland and grainy flavour, slightly sweet. Nothing to write home about.

Can from Inn At Home, Guildford. Grass and leaves, with a hint of citrus, to the aroma. Pale gold. Bubbly. Head soon shrinks to the rim and a thin white archipelago. Initial savoury umami hit, giving way to a light sourness which eventually gets sweeter. Leaves a salty aftertaste. Bread, salt, vegetables salts, lime, saccharine. Light bodied. Watery. Very lively carbonation. Long finish. Yes it’s refreshing. Could do without the saccharine sweet elements. Otherwise decent enough but doesn’t get me going. It’s just a lager.
