Hazy, light reddish-brown. No head. This has a nice fruity character, touch of brett. Soft and fruity, with a light woody note. Quite a bit of wood, with a light brett.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy amber with a small head. Aroma is full of all sorts of wild critters, with vinous notes, and light balsamic. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of funky wild critters, light balsamic, a touch of red berries, and a touch of vinous oak character. Nicely balanced, bringing out the wild yeast very nicely. Enjoyable stuff.

A reddish copper ale with a very thin off white head. In aroma, beautiful mix of sweet ground cherry, light Brett, light lactic notes, light vanilla extract, light mineral notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice mix of tart cherry, light Brett, light lactic notes, lingering acidity, light buttery notes, grapeskin, nice and complex. Bottle at Brother’s Beer Bistro.
