16 oz can in a trade with Clarkvv. From the brewery. Thank you! Aroma is caramel malts, mild pine. The flavor is just that. Old school West Coast IPA here. Pine, herb, caramel/ crystal malts.

Can from trade with ClarkVV--thanks, Clark! Clear gold/copper with trace sparkle, ring of head and no lacing. Aroma is light pine, pale malts. Taste is strong pine, caramel malts. Smooth, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Good piney flavor, more than resin or bitterness. If this were darker, I would say they were on to a pretty delicious Black IPA... Piques my interest.

A lightly hazed golden ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with loads of citrusy resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, alcohol warmth, very nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.

Thanks Doug. Growler share.
Poured into a becher pint glass, the appearance was a rustic hazy orange color. Thin white head tapers off pretty quick. No lace.
The aroma had some citrus, resin and floral hops up front. Decent malt level.
The flavor tries to balance the hops to the malts but brings forth the malts somewhat in a soapy sort of way. Crisp balanced citrus/piney aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Moderate carbonation. Pretty good EIPA bitterness.
Overall, pretty good English styled IPA that I could have again.

Sampled at the brewery, pours a murky orange with some frothy, white head. Nose is straight forward with C hops, resinous, citrus peel, light honey comb, soap, grass. Flavor has a bit more herb than I expected, rosemary and muddled mint, soap, pine, malt sweetness. Medium bodied, dry and bitter finish.
