DBR is crisp and clean with a tantalizingly full mouthfeel through the magic of wheat. Featuring a nose hinting of flowers and fresh-squeezed lemons, DBR finishes dry with a mild bitterness. Neil Young or Matt Foley? Take your pick.

Can that pours a hazy, light golden colour with a frothy-bubbly off-white cap, very long lasting, leaving foamy patches. Was expecting sweet aromas as a wheat beer, but the hops in this one seem to balanced this out nicely. Not too hoppy in the taste though, but just enough to go down well. Wheat is mild, and hop finish is blended good with bitterness and dryness. Some nice citrus and grassy notes. This is nice.

This wheat poured a light yellow colour with a rocky, white head. Minimal lacing. Scents include citrus hops, grass, honey and a little metallic. First swig was not as hoppy as expected. Flavours of citrus, dough and a little fresh cut grass. Finish is lightly citrusy with minimal bitterness lingering.

A light blond ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with citrusy fruity hops, tropical fruit, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with grassy citrusy hops, tropical fruit, nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.
