Bottle: Poured a clear brown/burgundy color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of oak and funky ester with some tart cherry notes is quite dominant. Taste is also a mix of oak and funky ester with some tart cherry notes and a dry finish. Body is full with OK carbonation. A lot more funky than I had expected with overall mix closer to a Flander Red then a straight sour/wild ale.

A reddish copper ale with a thick lacing reddish brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with lactic acid, sour cherries, light Brett, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity cherry malt with light grassy hops, light coffee like notes, nice buttery notes, grapeskin and ground cherries, alcohol warmth, well done. On tap at Festibière de Gatineau 2016.
