Bottle: Poured a clear brown/burgundy color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of oak and funky ester with some tart cherry notes is quite dominant. Taste is also a mix of oak and funky ester with some tart cherry notes and a dry finish. Body is full with OK carbonation. A lot more funky than I had expected with overall mix closer to a Flander Red then a straight sour/wild ale.

A reddish copper ale with a thick lacing reddish brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with lactic acid, sour cherries, light Brett, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity cherry malt with light grassy hops, light coffee like notes, nice buttery notes, grapeskin and ground cherries, alcohol warmth, well done.
