Draft at BIBCo. Slightly hazy gold color. Mild smell of grain, with a note of hop. Taste is nicely distinct from big beer Kolsch-style, as it has a nice mix of cracker toasted malt, balanced by mild bitterness. A note of fresh yeast.

Draft: Poured a golden color Kolsch with a medium size foamy head. Aroma of cereal notes with light grainy notes and mineral notes is OK. Taste is also a mix of grainy malt with light mineral feel. Body is about average with good carbonation. Tough style to brew and not sure this example is up to par.

A golden kolsch with a thin white head. In aroma, light biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet biscuit malt with light German hops, light mineral notes, a bit watery, OK. On tap at brewery.
