Glass, 5-ounce, draught, on the premise, trip to Dark Lord Day with Philippe Boutin, Luc Bourbonnière and Ian Guénard, savoured on April 29 2016; eye: yellowish, hazy, no effervescence, tan head that turns into a ring, good lacing; nose: acidity, light wheat, floral; mouth: acidity, light wheat, floral, semi-dry floral finale with light presence of malt, light-medium body, good carbonation, lightly bitter, slick texture; overall: correct FRANÇAIS Verre, 5 onces, en fût, bue sur place, voyage pour Dark Lord Day avec Philippe Boutin, Luc Bourbonnière et Ian Guénard, savourée le 29 avril 2016; œil : jaunâtre, voilée, pas d’effervescence, mousse fauve qui se transforme en un anneau, bonne dentelle; nez : acidité, léger blé, floral; bouche : acidité, léger blé, floral, finale semi-sèche florale avec légère présence de malt, corps léger-moyen, bonne carbonatation, légèrement amère, texture coulante; en résumé : correct

Draft: Poured a pale hazy yellow color ale with a small foamy head. Aroma of wheat malt and jasmine notes is OK. Taste is a mix between some dry wheat malt with stronger than expected jasmine notes. Body is light with good carbonation. I thought this was too perfumy for my own taste.

A hazed golden wit with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light cloves, light mineral notes, light banana, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity banana malt with light cloves with sweet plums, nice and fragrant. On tap at brewery.
