Sampled at the Loon where I took dark pic. Pours a dark brown colour with a light beige head and good lacing. Farmlike aromas with a mix of chocolate, roasted malts and some dark fruits. Herbal notes, even hints of mint. Gets better as it warms up. Decent hop bitterness in the taste with light roasted malts and very mild saltiness. A hoppier oyster stout than normal for the style and less salty. Wish it was a tad saltier.

A dark reddish brown stout with a thin lacing light mocha head. In aroma, nice chocolate malt with light brine, light coffee grind, musty character, nice. In mouth, a nice bitter chocolate with loads of sea shell, salty notes, Oyster pulp, nice and smooth. On tap at Arrow and Loon.
