Sampled at the Loon. Pours a hazy golden-amber colour with a small off-white head and light lacing. Fruity aromas with gooseberry notes. Berry taste with the gruit. Short finish. Quite a nice surprise from Cassel Brewery for International Gruit Day 2016.

A lightly hazed dark amber gruit with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light pine needles, juniper notes, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with light pine needles, spruce, light peated notes, nice and smooth. On tap at Arrow and Loon.
