Draft @ the brewery. Pours pale golden color with white head. Aromas of Belgian yeast, grass with slight fruity and funky notes. Slightly salty and minerally with Belgian yeast, grass, and some spices. Medium body with average carbonation.

A golden saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light curacao, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, curacao, coriander, light fruity esters, pleasant. On tap at Point Ybel Brewing.

32oz growler pours a hazy gold with some cloudy, clumpy white head. Nose has white grape, some tonic watery, a distinct minerality, straw, mild lemon, yeasty esters. Flavor has mild spice, some fruit, guava, pineapple, a little candy, less minerality than the nose let on. Medium bodied, chalky finish.

From a growler at the DC Ratebeer event Dec. 6, 2014. Pours a clear gold with an off white head. Fruity nose. Flavors of orange, tropical fruits and sea salt. Slight tart finish.

Very nicely done. Florals and some decent saltiness from oyster. Some sense of oyster. Pours orange with OK head and lacing. Some sweetness. In finish. Growler from brewery. Well done.

From a growler brought back from FL. Poured a hazy golden color with a small off-white head. Aroma was light tropical notes, some mineral notes. Not awful.
