Bottle: Poured a hazy light yellow color ale with a nice large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light cereal notes with light dry notes is more subdued then I was expecting. Taste is also a mix of light cereal notes with some dry floral hops and a bland finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. I understand that this is a table beer but still somewhat to bland for my taste.

A hazed golden saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light acidity, light Brett, light lactic notes, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light cloves, light Brett, light lactic notes, light grassy hops, very nice and smooth. Bottle at Montréal Xmas gathering 2015.

Les Bretts et le citron frais sont facilement perceptibles dans ce produit sans effervescence. C’est blond, terne et sans mousse. Toutefois, le goût y est, l’équilibre est quasi imbattable et malgré sa légèreté, elle est vraiment savoureuse. Le dernier verre, avec la lie, était mon préféré, me rappelant leur délicieuse Saison Espinay.

Autre bouteille datée du 21 décembre 2017... Plus fermière, tout en étant plus douce qu'avant selon moi. 7/5/7/4/15=3.8/5.0
