Pale gold with a frothy, white head. Aroma of yeasty white bread, lemon peel, grass, clove. Taste is mildly sweet with the Weizen in quite distinct. Just a touch of bitterness at the end. Medium bodied, mostly mild carbonation, modest stickiness. Not bad.

500 ml bottle. Cloudy pale orange / dark yellow with a creamy white head. Sourdough, bread, hay, citrus, grassy notes, yeast. Mild dry bitterness, minimal sourness, yeasty sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry yeasty finish. Very good Kellerbier, crisp and very chuggable.

Foggy golden colour with a large white beautiful head. Nose: cracker malts, interesting fruity profile. Medium minus body. Average carbonation. Taste: crackers, fruity yeast. Smooth. Low bitterness. Ok. I wish it had more hops.
