28/12/2024. Can from the Norwich Arts Centre fundraiser following World Beer Awards. Region #482. Brazil region 9/27. Pours clear bright amber with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is piney, dank, caramel, malty, bready, soapy, old school notes. Quite sweet with moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily, average carbonation. Drying finish. Disappointing.

Bottle at Armazém São Joaquim. Dark orange with white head. Malty, caramel, sweetish, light fruity notes.

This looks very dark. Not at all like an IPA. On the palate it definitely is more caramel, and fairly low bitterness. Ok, my recollection is that Eisenbahn is better than this.

A golden ipa with a thick frothy off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with grassy floral hops, lightly catty notes, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet caramel malt with smooth floral hops, grassy notes, smooth fruity and quaffable. Bottle at Boutique do Godofredo.
