On tap at the brewpub. 3.5% 9 IBUs An even paler cloudy straw gold than Chiquita with an rough earthy funky nose. The taste is nicer, earthy, funk, spice then lactic tartness with a dash of salt. Not too shabby.

A hazed pale blonde Weisse with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light cherry and earthy lactic notes, very nice and smooth. In mouth, a sweet fruity cherry malt with light acidity, mineral notes, refreshing. On tap at brewery.
