Enjoyed at the Brothers Beer Bistro. Pours a clean amber-brown colour with a creamy off-white very long lasting head and small patchy lace. Coffee nose with red amber ale fruity malt aromas. Wet mouthfeel with some light dryness in the finish. Medium-bodied. Hop is present in the taste, giving notes of mint and other herbs. Coffee, caramel and mild roasted malts are in the background. Nutty hints as well. Wow ! Head is still up at the end, and thick. A beautiful brew that has interesting flavours.

A clear brown ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light fruity notes, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet caramel malt with roasted notes, woody, nice. Bottle at Winterbrewed 2014.
