Bright? Why? Light amber. Aroma is sour, lots of lacto, light citrus but there’s something else im there I don’t like. Lacto, moderately sour, balanced with a light gooseberry taste.

A quick glace at the other ratings for this beer doesn’t show it a lot of love. I liked it. Kinda wondered what Ontbeertaster was served at Volvo. This isn’t a dark beer. Tulip at the Indie. Mildly cloudy golden with a head that reduces to a sheet that was mostly ring. Nice crisp hay malt, with those nice tangy ever so slightly cheesy notes of a Berliner Weiss. Taste is well balanced sour, little sweetness, soft malt. Very drinkable. Same sourness hinted in the nose of sour apples and little cheese, supported by crisp hay malts. Really drinkable. Good body to a lighter beer. At 4% I could be here all afternoon hitting these.

Looks and tastes like chardonnay in a big way. Pours pale blonde, though not as clear as a white wine. Wine barrel overtakes the berliner weiss sense here. Kind of messy. Tap at volos.

4%. A hazed blonde weisse with ano head. In aroma, light citric and lactic mix, faint and smooth. In mouth, light lactic malt with faint buttery notes, ok. More acidulated with raspberry coulis, becomes like pink juice.
