Glass, 4-ounce, from a bottle, draught, during the Mondial de la bière, savoured on May 29 2013; eye: caramel with an orangey hue, clear, no effervescence, tiny ring of creamy white head, light lacing; nose: citrusy hops, pine, tropical fruits, tangerine, orange, light malt; mouth: citrusy hops, pine, tropical fruits, tangerine, orange, light malt, mild astringency, refreshing, finale in citrusy hops with presence of pine, medium body, good carbonation, quite bitter, slightly sweet, lightly harsh texture; overall: nice surprise FRANÇAIS Verre, 4 onces, en fût, bue lors du Mondial de la bière, savourée le 29 mai 2013; œil : caramel avec une teinte orangée, limpide, pas d’effervescence, petit anneau de mousse crémeuse blanche, légère dentelle; nez : houblon citrique, pin, fruits tropicaux, tangerine, orange, léger malt; bouche : houblon citrique, pin, fruits tropicaux, tangerine, orange, léger malt, astringence moyenne, rafraîchissante, finale en houblon citrique avec présence de pin, corps moyen, bonne carbonatation, pas mal amère, très légèrement sucrée, texture légèrement rugueuse; en résumé : belle surprise

A hazed blonde IPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice citrusy and floral hops, orange pulp, fragrant and pleasant. In mouth, a sweet citrus pulp malt, blood orange, loads of catty resinous hops, punk grapefruit with honey, quite nice. On tap at brewpub, May 31 2013.
