cloudy yellow, small white head. yellow fruity aroma, also quite some wheat. flavor is mineral water, wheat, brett, butter, faint flowers. not the best wheat in town. hop bitterness is good, balances the rest of the flavors well.

Bottled 330ml (AIH53, ABM)
Orange-amber color, small white head. Pineapple-citrus aroma. Light-bodied. A bit citric front then riped fruits and citrus. Pale malty and simple. Acidic flavor disturbs a bit.

330ml bottle from Bottle Bank, Falmouth. Pours amber with light haze and medium bubbly white head. Mild wheaty mouthfeel with mild spice and custardy finish. Not terrible, just a bit so-so, lacking direction.

Dorada, dos dedos de espuma de buena persistencia. Aroma escaso, ligeramente cítrico. En boca carbonatación notable y cuerpo moderado. El sabor es malteado, con postgusto resinoso seco y algo metálico, bien amargo. No está mal.

APPEARANCE: light ambar color and slightly hazy. medium-low white head with average retention. TASTE: diluted malt flavour with slight hop notes (pine, resin). low bitterness with a semi-dry finish. PALATE: very low body with low carbonation. OVERALL: a very diluted blond ale with some odd aromas.

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, golden colour with average, thick, frothy, half-way lasting, decently lacing, white head. Minimally spicy, yeasty aroma, cautious hints of mustard seed and brine, separate swathes of citrus, slightly bready-grainy background. Taste is minimally tart, herbal spicy yeasty, moutarde de Dijon à l’Estragon, a slightly disguised fruity touch of pear, bready basis. Golden Ale as Saison qua ecological ingredients?
